Still Business As (Un)Usual…
We are still open for business and ready to help you buy or sell your home. But we have changed some of our procedures to keep you and our staff safe from getting or spreading COVID-19.
Can I still visit the office in person?
Yes, at the moment you can still visit our office in person if you need to drop in some keys or sign a contract. We are lucky enough to have a large office with enough space for 1.5 meters between each of our staff, and our clients at all times. So, if you do come in to see us, we ask that you follow our lead and practice social distancing as well.
Our staff are also set up to work from home. So, should our office be required to undergo a quarantine period the disruption to you should be as minimal as possible.
Can I still book an appraisal of my home?
Yes, you can still book appraisals with our agents. Under the Australian Government guidelines, we are allowed to attend your property one-on-one, like normal, and let you know how much your home is worth.
You can also book a virtual appraisal on your home with us, if you’d prefer minimal contact. Simply contact us via phone or email, and we will organize a time for one of our agents to do a digital walkthrough of your home with them via video call.
Can I still view homes in person?
Yes, you can still view homes in person. Under the Australian Government guidelines, we are allowed to host group viewings at a home with up to 20 people at a time. At the viewing we will ask that you refrain from touching anything, and practice social distancing as you look through the home.
To book a private inspection, contact the agent via phone or email and let them know so they can tee up a suitable time for you.
Please do not book a private inspection if:
- You are, or have been unwell with cold or flu like symptoms
- Travelled overseas in the last 14 days
- Have been in contact with any suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19
