1 It’s All About You And Not Just the Talk
Naked has been designed to enable us to all be transparent with each other. We believe that without satisfied clients we are nothing and that our clients are our sole reason for being in business. Our agents and representatives embody all that is good about people in the real estate industry and realise that there are three ways of doing real estate to ensure our client’s needs and expectations are exceeded:

2 It’s About You And Your Clients
The Naked brand is here to stand behind you, not to be in front of you. So our business is about you and the marketing of you in the real estate industry. In fact, we aim to be the most agent-focused company in the world.
We know people deal with people in real estate and not just with companies. Therefore it’s all about you, your relationships with your clients and how we can best support you, because we understand that we are in the ultimate people business – homes are just one small part of it.

To support you in growing your business, we have developed the Naked Real Estate system to ensure that you are appropriately supported and rewarded for all your hard work. Because as an agent your role is vitally important, as you are dealing with people’s biggest assets and being involved in transactions involving hundreds of thousands to multi-million dollar values.
And now it is even more important than ever to assist agents to develop a large range of skills so you can help your clients buy and sell in a challenging economic environment.

3 You, Us and Family
We understand that, at times, family and work can’t really be divided. We also understand that real estate can encroach upon family time because real estate never stops. This is why we are continually working towards finding ways to increase the remuneration that real estate agents receive because without them and their families being 100% on board, we don’t exist.
The truth is that we are all interdependent upon each other. That is why our team leaders work from the viewpoint of being servant leaders, meaning that our leadership team is here to serve our agents and their clients not the other way around.
Because of this key understanding we work together like a family and, like families, we have our ups and downs and don’t always agree. However, we have proven systems and policies in place to help keep disputes to a minimum and encourage harmonious relationships because together we all achieve more.

4  Deliver Exceptional Service
At Naked, we believe in delivering exceptional and incomparable service to our clients. The foundation of this is all about delivering the truth. We won’t tell you what you want to hear just because that is the easy way out in real estate. We tell you what you need to hear.
Our aim is to be completely open and honest and to demonstrate that there is a better way of doing real estate.
Our business is not about the word Naked – it is about the meaning behind it, which means that we aim to get clients the best possible outcome for the sale of their home – if an outcome is unachievable, we will say so.
Most importantly, we understand that the perception of real estate agents in the marketplace is often about over promising and under delivering. However, we would rather walk away than work on unrealistic terms that ultimately only end up leaving the client or us, as agents, dissatisfied.
In a nutshell, our number one goal is to create lifelong clients and we do this through delivering genuine and exceptional service each and every time.

5 Change Is Inevitable?
At Naked, we foster and encourage change because we know that change is constant, and change is inevitable. To facilitate ongoing change we are always striving to get better at what we do and the service we are providing. Therefore we understand that there are better ways of doing things that haven’t been thought of or even invented yet. So ultimately we see it as our life’s work to find the better way for our customers.
But, sometimes change can be uncomfortable, so we are comfortable with being uncomfortable. You will find that being a part of one of the world’s fastest growing companies means that things happen quickly. When we come across a great idea or new innovation, we constantly work on making it fit with us and then we apply it. Sometimes that new innovation might not be 100% right to start with, but sometimes in life having it 80% right at the start is the way to go. The remaining 20% can then be worked upon and adapted because it is our belief that those who wait till it is 100% “perfect” will never get going, tend to fade away and this helps no one.

6 Dare To Be Different In Life
At Naked, we think differently. It’s how we stay ahead of the pack. One of our key driving values is to demonstrate that genuine human experiences create lifelong client relationships and help to maintain solid repeat and referral business results.
We know that that if our agents and representatives nurture their clients and are 100% committed to providing them with exceptional service, then they will be rewarded for many years to come. Much like the trusted family doctor, we continually aim to be the family real estate agent and to achieve this honoured position we do all we can to gain the trust and respect of our clients.
We aren’t satisfied with the status quo or providing the status quo. We know that we need to treat everyone else the same way that we wish to be treated, simple. We believe that being truthful is the only way to be without exception and that to lie or to mislead is to be foolish. At Naked we broke the mould and created a new standard, because we believe there is no quick buck in real estate.

7 Growth Is Imperative For Everyone
We believe that it is important in life to constantly challenge yourself..
Ask yourself, “Where is the enjoyment in working in a career where there is no growth or learning?”  “Why should you be happy with the status quo in life?”
At Naked, we believe that every employee has potential and it is our goal to help our employees see the potential we see in them and to provide them with the tools to reach it.  We also understand that often growth comes from challenges, and we could shy away or run and hide from challenges but we choose not to. We embrace them because we see them as an opportunity to improve. To us, there is no limit on getting things right because there will always, always, always, be room for continual improvement.
Importantly, we acknowledge that we may not get it 100% right all of the time, but we understand the importance of trial and error and learning from our mistakes and we are happy to admit this. We recognise that mistakes are a platform for learning and growth.
Therefore, for the Naked agent or representative, the best expertise they can bring is that of learning, growing, adapting and figuring new things out. Not only will this help themselves and the company but ultimately their own clients.

8 Communication and Being Real Are Key
We believe in continually improving our communication channels. We recognise that it is vitally important to keep clients and employees up to date by staying in contact with feedback and informing them of any issues. From experience we’ve seen that conflicts often arise because of miscommunication and people presuming without asking. We strive to eliminate this issue because we believe accountability and communication go hand in hand.
For example, we don’t allow our agents to hide behind us as we all need to be accountable and responsible so we can best serve our clients.  
We don’t believe in our agents or representatives having to wear suit and ties for the sake of it either. We do believe, however, that our agents should dress and present themselves in not only an appropriate manner, but the manner in which they wish to be perceived and that genuinely reflects who they are. If a suit and tie is their thing then great, but if it isn’t then why should they want to be someone they aren’t?
Without the freedom to be real  in business we feel that many agents leave the industry prematurely and that is why there is such a high turnover of people in real estate. Naked offers a different approach and is here to create lifelong career real estate agents. The first step in this process is fostering strong communication channels, the space for agents to be authentic and in creating a path to a real estate career worth having.

9 Enthusiasm to Exceed
We strongly value enthusiasm, passion and determination. It is these traits which drive us to get out of bed in the morning, to face the day and to exceed expected results. It is also the driving force behind us choosing to excel for our clients, for our families and for ourselves.
At Naked, we don’t believe in taking no for an answer nor do we like hearing that something will never work or can’t be done. Instead, we have no doubt that if believe in something enough and apply enthusiasm, passion and determination to succeed, then anything is possible. So everything we do is with 110% commitment and laser beam focus.
We aren’t afraid to be held accountable for what we do and for where we are going either, nor are we afraid to believe in our vision. In fact, we believe in it so much that we want others to know about it and to join us on the journey. However, whilst we have the passion to exceed and the belief in our vision, we will remain respectful of others at all times.
