1 – It’s all about you, and it’s not just talk

Naked was built on transparency, with our clients and with each other. Without satisfied clients we’re nobody — they’re the whole reason we’re in business. We work to a simple rule: it has to be a win for the client, a win for us, and a fair deal all round, or there’s no deal.

  • Best Price Guarantee — before you list, we put a price range in writing. If we don’t achieve the bottom of that range, we charge you only half our quoted commission. You know your worst-case scenario on day one, not weeks into a long contract.
  • Best Service Guarantee — if at any stage while we’re marketing your home you’re not entirely satisfied with our service, you can cancel the listing, no questions asked and noselling fee. You cover only the marketing already spent.

You don’t have to take our word for how good we are. You can hold us to it, in writing.

2 – We deliver the truth

We won’t tell you what you want to hear because it’s the easy way out. We tell you what you need to hear. We aim to get you the best possible result, and if a result isn’t achievable, we’ll say so plainly. Real estate has a reputation for over-promising and under-delivering for a reason, and we’d rather walk away than work on unrealistic terms that leave everyone disappointed. Lifelong clients come from honest, genuine results, not easy promises.

feedback, on issues, on exactly where things stand — is non-negotiable. Most conflict
comes from miscommunication and assumptions made without asking, and we work hard to remove that. We don’t hide behind anyone. We stay accountable, because accountability and communication go hand in hand.
